Abstract

Strong posture involves maintaining proper alignment of the body that promotes balance, reduces strain on muscles and joints, and enhances overall function. It's vital for avoiding musculoskeletal problems, reducing the risk of injury, and improving physical performance. Good posture is important not only when sitting or standing but also during daily activities like walking, lifting, or exercising.
